Didgeridoo and Beats
This is a great program if you want to get the students up and dancing and be part of a contemporary music performance with traditional Aboriginal instruments!
THE EXPERIENCE
A highly interactive live music/dance experience for the students, conducted by a master didgeridoo player, who has toured internationally for over 20 years and has played on some of the largest festival stages in the world.
Our performer will introduce simple rhythm patterns with body percussion and clap sticks, creating an interactive ‘band’ with all students joining in. After adding some Aboriginal dance moves, he will gradually raise the energy of the performance, joining the band with his didgeridoo and introducing electronic beats. It will most likely end up in a high-energy dance party!
We supply: Clap sticks for students, amplification, didgeridoos and electronic beats.
We need: Sufficient floor space for students to dance.
Session time: 50 minutes.
